Bullet points are easy for a resume-screener to scan, and show that you’re able to pull out and highlight the most significant bits concerning every job you’ve held. So bullet points on a resume are far superior to a paragraph following each job title, describing what you did on the job.
But don’t make the common resume-writer’s mistake of listing your tasks and duties after those bullet points! Most people don’t care what you did at nine o’clock and ten o’clock every day on the job. They can guess what you did, from your job title. Instead, use those bullet points to list your accomplishments.
