We stress and fret about the most likely job-interview questions that interviewers may ask us. That’s a good thing to think about, because we want to be prepared for every possible curve ball. But it would be a mistake to think of a job interview that one is meant to get in and get out of without injury – that’s the booby prize. If all we do in a job interview is avoid dropping the ball or looking stupid, we won’t have made our best possible impression.
Rather, use the day or two before your job interview to think about the points you most want to air – the one or two ideas you want to emblazon onto your prospective manager’s mind and heart. Take Control of Your Next Job Interview by making sure those points get made!
